Marie and Reuben | Beach Trash The Dress
Marie is friends with Amy who we did an engagement session for a little over a month ago. We were so happy when she told us she wanted to do a trash the dress shoot with us because these types of shoots give us so many more creative options. If you're thinking of booking a shoot with us consider getting dirty =]. We're up for anything! Kirsten and Kalani | Engagement
Last weekend we had the pleasure of doing an engagement shoot with Kirsten and Kalani. They’re a wonderfully cute couple and were a breeze to interact and chat it up with. It was obvious that they’re great people and perfect for each other. We loved hearing their stories of how they met and how Kalani proposed. They met at a Starbucks connecting over Green Tea Frappuccinos and at the end of the night he carried her bridal style to her car! If you ever meet Kalani in person you’ll see that this totally fits his personality.
Mona and Clarence
Here is Mona and Clarence, two of our very good friends. Clarence was one of my Groomsmen at our wedding. I've known him since high school and we've been great friends ever since except for the first year when he picked on me because I was a goofy looking chubby kid who liked computers =]. We've only known Mona for the past few years since shes been with Clarence but we always love hanging out with her. She has an infectious personality that people just gravitate to. Nguyet and Raymond | Engagement
Here is Nguyet and Raymond. They drove all the way from Sacramento stuck in 3 hours of traffic to make it to this shoot. Their wedding is coming up next month (!!) and were scrambling to get some photos of themselves in all their different outfits. Nguyet is Vietnamese and Raymond is Chinese so they brought both of their traditional outfits for the shoot. The Ao Dai, which is the Vietnamese outfit, that Raymond was wearing especially brought back memories for me. I had to wear that myself for mine and Chau’s wedding (sorry no pics!) a few months back.
