My style would be best described as a photo-journalistic style. When shooting an event I try to be as stealth as possible and try my best not to interrupt the proceedings. I prefer to roam around and document the event in the least intrusive way possible. My main goal in covering your event will be to retell your days story as beautifully and unobtrusively as possible. However when we have you on a shoot we will provide direction to get you in your most alluring state. We love environmental type portraits and modern posing. Our main priority is to always make sure you look good.

My philosophy is based on quality and not quantity. Every set is different and every photo is chosen to help tell the story of your special day. Every photo delivered is hand chosen to meet my high standards and because of this every photo is also fully processed and touched up upon delivery. I will provide an estimate of photos delivered on your price list based loosely on gear, time, and prior experience.

I shoot with a Canon system and nothing but the best quality lenes. My main camera is a 5d Mark II. The lenses I use are a variety of Canon as well as vintage third party lenses such as Zeiss and Rokkor. An example of a lens kit that I would bring to a wedding would be as follows: Canon 24-70L, Canon 70-200 2.8 ISII L, Canon 135L, Canon 45 TS-E, Zeiss Distagon 35 1.4, Olympus 18 3.5, Canon 100 2.8 Macro. I also bring along lighting equipment which consists loosely of multiple reflectors, flashes, and diffusers. I am a natural gear head so I’m always on the lookout for any way to improve my kit.

You will be provided with a secure link to view and download your photos after they’re ready. You will be free to distribute this link to whoever you see fit. The photos will be guaranteed to be at this location for at least a year from the date that they’re posted.

All your photos will be delivered by DVD at the same time you receive your link to view your set.

Prints are available to be purchased in the Proofs section of the website. This is also where you’ll receive your online gallery of your private photos.
